FAQs  
What about COVID Procedures? We do not have COVID restrictions at the event. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask please do. If that changes, we will communicate it.
When is Check-In at the hotel? Hotel check-in is 4 pm. Your room is not guaranteed earlier, but you can request it with the hotel.
What should I wear? All events are business casual (Jeans OK). We encourage you to wear AMAROK gear Monday during the meeting.
I am an hourly employee. How should I track my hours?

If you are an hourly employee, please do NOT clock in/out on Sunday or Monday for the event. HR will enter 3.5 hours for the event Sunday and 13.5 hours for the meeting and event on Monday. 

Hourly employees that are traveling (i.e. technicians) SHOULD clock in while traveling to Columbia and clock out when you arrive at the hotel. 

How do I register? We have your registration information from the form you filled out online. ALL ATTENDEES need to pick up your badge at the Hilton Hotel ballroom between 4 pm - 6 pm on Sunday. 
I am local. Can I drive to the evening events? Yes - both venues have parking. We also have enough room in the buses shuttling attendees from the hotel. 
Where do I park? All driving team members will park in the garage attached to the Hilton Columbia (1007 Park St.; Columbia, SC 29201). If you have a corporate credit card please use this to pay for parking. If you do not, let the team know as you register and we will reimburse you for parking in your next paycheck.
I am from out of town, do I need to rent a car?

No. Airport transportation and evening event transportation will be provided. Jackie will be sending a schedule.

The shuttle driver will have an AMAROK sign and be located at baggage claim.
