COLUMBIA, SC – January 18, 2016 – Electric Guard Dog, the #1 Theft Deterrent Service™, and Holder Properties, a privately held full-service real estate developer, jointly announced that Electric Guard Dog has leased 20,500 square feet at Innovation Center, a new 110,000 square-foot premier office building in downtown Columbia.
The market leading supplier of electric security fences cited the move as necessary due to an increase in office staff of approximately 50%, with plans for even greater growth in the near future. Additionally, Electric Guard Dog has had 20% increase in the number of field service technicians around the country. The increases will help Electric Guard Dog continue to improve its service to customers and meet increasing demand.
