Our financial workings, because of our RMR structure, require consistent and accurate management, evaluation, projection, and appraisal. Our finance team is never idle and always vigilant.
Our HR and Admin team knows the essential specifics of benefits, employee relations, talent recruitment and acquisition, compensation, and regulatory compliance. It implements our HR policies, strategies, and services, while maintaining primary contact with our valued employees.
Because our perimeter-security systems deliver 7,000 medically safe volts when touched, many of our installations require compliance with municipal regulations. Our warehouse employees are detail-oriented and dedicated to organizing, receiving, and shipping all our materials and products that comprise our perimeter-security systems.
Our field service technicians ensure our electric fences and perimeter-security systems operate at peak efficiency. They are efficient, deadline-driven, and agile with their hands. They're also road warriors, driving up to 500 miles in any direction to build, maintain, and repair our fences and provide excellent customer service.
